Craft Task Manager for Etsy Sellers App Reviews

Would use everyday if I could enter my costs, please update soon!

I got so excited to download this app because it eliminates the need to create a spreadsheet, but within 5 minutes of downloading and syncing, it crashed 4 times. Also, when you create a custom report, those settings dont stick. You have to select start and end date every single time. YTD should be an option in the menu. Im disappointed. I hope with this being the first review there will be some changes. This could be a very useful app, but as far as Im concerned, I just wasted 2 bucks.

As a new seller on Etsy I loved this app, very informational unfortunately lots of crashes.

I like being able to see the bottom line of my business and this is a perfect app.

I love this app! However I really wish it allowed to change the cost of material on the different varieties and also after an item is purchased.

I was excited to find this app. I was hoping it would help me with year end income taxes, cost of goods sold. However, it doesnt capture all the items sold & the costs loaded into that item. The reports, even on custom mode, is very inaccurate! It has been a waist of time to load costs into this app for each item made and then have it not calculate items sold, profit & other fields like ad cost correctly! Total waist of time!

I thought this was a standalone app I dont sell my stuff on Etsy l only want a craft Calculator for making gifts for family or friends need to keep track of charges for material. Thanks

Ive been using the app for a little over a week now and have found that the reports this app gives you allows you to really see what your store is doing! Etsy doesnt offer great reporting - especially when it comes to fees charged, shipping vs fees collected, etc... This app delivers!

If your shop is even somewhat busy the app just says synchronizing...and never does anything. I have let it run for five hours and it has not yet finished synchronizing. I have given up :/

I like the app for the report/profit aspect. The biggest problem is that half the time it wont let me update actual shipping costs. I have to shut the app (and the iPad) down three or four times before it will actually let me edit the shipping costs in the report.

I have a daily budget for advertising it does not automatically recognize that and include it in my reports I have to manually do that everytime

UPDATE: this app would be perfect but it gives you the total revenue and does not factor in discounts from coupon codes - so its pointless if youre using this report to help you with taxes. It also assumes you either advertise on etsy all the time or not at all. It does not factor in or aggregate correct data on your actual advertising costs. This app is absolutely perfect!! Though there is a $40 difference in revenue between etsy and this app, which is sort of weird. Provides tons of data. I look forward to future updates!

Initially, this app worked and the developer was quick to help with any bug fixes. If you look, you will realize he hasnt bothered to update it recently. I started having problems syncing my shop right away, noticing a long lag. This app would be a great tool, if it actually worked! Until an updated version comes out, dont waste your time spending money on this app, especially if you have a large shop with a lot of activity.

I was excited to find this app; it looked like exactly what I needed to manage inventory for my small Etsy store. It worked great - the first time I used it. After that, it stopped syncing completely. Now its useless.

This app has potential. Not going to be using it right now because its not very accurate. Hopefully there will be updates. I look forward to that.

I bought this app after reading about it on some Etsy blog. It sounded just like what I needed to keep track of my actual costs out vs. profits in. It became clear immediately that the app has major issues. Data you enter on sales one day disappear the next. Whats worse is most of the time you cant even view the app. I tried to open it before bed last night at 11 pm. It said "synchronizing" with that stupid circle going around and around. Its about 6:30 AM next day now and its still saying the same thing. I get this message every time I try to open the app. What a complete waste of money. I have an Apple iPhone five. I have updated it to the latest operating system. Theres no excuse for this is a complete waste of money dont waste your time.

I installed the app upgrade a bit ago. I cannot open the app on my iPhone or from the app in the apps section

This app has potential, but currently it doesnt work for me. Only shows me about a month of my sales. Went to settings to download all sales and crashes every time I try (I dont have that many so its not a lot to download!) Currently, not worth the money for the app as it doesnt work properly.

I currently have over 3300 Etsy sales. This app wont load any of my shop stats. None. The "checking Reciepts" wheel just spins forever until it finally gives up and loads blank.

Hi guys, I just bought this app even though it had 2 negative reviews. The previous users were complaining about not seeing any stats on their dashboard. Once you download this app, make sure you go to "settings" and click on "get sales data". It will download your sales data for you and fill your dashboard with stats :) Without doing this step, you will think the app doesnt work cause its not loading anything.
